Crooked Drunken Sons was cool but Rustbelt Nation is fucking perfect in my opinion. Has that great energy of the s/t and FAD but with enough of the Americana flair from Savin Hill (or at least songs like "Star" and "2 Bottles"). A lot of this has Rick's influence written all over it.
I felt like Crooked Drunken Sons was a grower. It took me a couple listens to really get into it but when I did I really enjoyed the songs. Rust Belt Nation as a whole just had that immediate catchiness that defines the classic Street Dogs sound while still bringing something new to the table.
